In this SectionGroup insurance is open to public libraries. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) EAP is offered through a partnership with ComPsych® GuidanceResources®, a Chicago-based behavioral care firm. NSLS offers a Section 125 Plan as a service for libraries and their eligible employees to take advantage of the tax savings. |
