Delivery

System Delivery facilitates resource sharing between libraries throughout the state of Illinois. Van delivery is an important System service and it is just one of the delivery services that systems provide. As technology changes, the System’s delivery service changes as well in order to take advantage of new opportunities to increase efficiency. In addition to van delivery, other delivery services include e-mail, Communities of Practice (CoPs), the NSLS website, and basic telephone service.
